Abstract

The future of Brazil is perhaps one of the most important themes to be addressed during this and the coming years. In this paper we seek to go beyond the current diagnostics of Brazilian problems. Starting from, and talking about, the assumption that Brazil is going through one of its most acute crises and that this crisis led to the unfeasibility of Brazilian industrial capitalism, we try in this paper to go a step further. In addition to telling the story of our “war of all against all”, we propose a political composition capable of initiating the process of national reconstruction. Supported by our own national history, this paper includes purposes of measures to resume Brazil's economic development through a qualitative change in the role of the State and taking advantage of the opportunities opened up by the Chinese rise.
